After struggling with mental and physical health for many years, I found myself struggling to answer "Who am I." I created Mind Colleague to post things I found to work best for me. My goal is to help those struggling with their mental health and provide a place where friends and families of loved ones can come to understand, nurture their relationships, and grow together.
